- Meeting restructuring - a big step forward in operations
- Being able to scale...we have better scoped the work - we've done a lot
- Calendar/Plans - what we actually did is a better reflection to what we planned to do .. fitting to goals that we set to do

- Having alternates with governing board worked well. It's really healthy to have someone to step up
