    • Linear Rec. 709 is included, but Linear sRGB is not. Thoughts?
      • Combine into one colorspace and put a slash in the name to have both?
      • Duplicate them both and have identical colorspaces
      • Doug will create an issue and post that to the slack and ask folks to chime in
  • Thomas made a PR for the AP1 / sRGB colorspace, needs review
  • Need to make sure the docs are generating, and move them over to the OCIO account - Carol will follow up with Michael
  • Doug - why are we are making the color space name from the URN (i.e., CLF filename) vs. the descriptors attributeCLF metadata (e.g., InputDescriptor)?
    • Thomas - the name is inconsistent - we could update themInputDescriptor tag would be inconsistent. Such as for the NamedTransforms it is too generic.
    • Or we can fix the cases via the regex, but would like to avoid having separate code paths for NamedTransforms vs. Color Spaces
    • We really just need to make it clear in the documentation how the color space name is derived
    • Or we can use the Name attribute in the CLF - then we can control it.
      • Doug can try to make a PR that does this - for an example for us to review
  • Aliases status:
    • Currently aliases do not match the condensed names in the ACES 1.2 config
    • Doug wrote a script that tries to link the aliases back, to show
    • Spreadsheet has Aliases column and Legacy Aliases Column,
    • Thomas: only Aliases column is used, if there are missing things we need to add it there
    • LegacyName is being used to generate the full colorspace name from the ACES 1.2 config as an alias.
    • The new shorthand aliases are being generated via the colorspace name (current), which is being slugified so as to be auto-generated
    • All other colorspaces, such as the legacy shorthand, will need to be added to the Aliases column
    • We can also remove some things from the current aliases column, as they are now being automatically derived - Doug will do
  • If we update the aliases & merge Thomas' last PR we can do a beta release. End of this week at the latest.
  • This beta will not have the absolute final colorspace naming, that will come in the release version, but should not change many of the names
