Under current rules, each ASWF TAC member can designate one voting member of the DPEL TSC.
"The Technical Steering Committee (TSC) sets the overall direction of DPEL and is responsible for all technical oversight and Asset contribution approvals, as defined in the Charter.
Nominations for additional TSC Voting Members can be submitted by current TSC Voting Members, and accepted or rejected by majority vote of the TSC. Additionally, each ASWF TAC Member (Premiere Member Company or Project TAC Representative) can designate one Voting Member of the TSC.
Quorum for TSC meetings requires at least fifty percent of all voting members of the TSC to be present. The TSC may continue to meet if quorum is not met but will be prevented from making any decisions at the meeting. " (From the Technical Charter.)TODO - Description of TSC function; link to meetingsVotes can be taken over email and recorded in the Meeting Notes.
All meetings of the TSC are open to participation by any member of the DPEL community. Meeting times and Zoom links are listed on the ASWF Community Calendar. Notes for all meetings are taken and available on our Wiki.
