Philippe's ociodisplay work

Setting up ACES pipeline for a studio moving to it from sRGB
Looking for a simple image viewer for them, thought of ociodisplay
- Added optional HUD
- should we move away from glut
- should we use SDL or GLFW?
pyociodisplay is pyside2
- originally built as an example of hooking up python to a glsl viewport
upgrading it needs imath, which needs built
then tried ocioview
- this works! found a few things that needs updating
- startup crash, fixed
- session loading
- sometimes having a compiled binary is nice - something we might think about for ocioview in the future
- Michael has lots of work that might fix some bugs - should try his PR to see if some things are fixed first
- Want OCIOview to be able to show different modalities and use cases to inform UI/UX design with OCIO
- Michael has a test suite for ocioview now you can run locally
Any thoughts on adding stb_truetype.h and Ubuntu Sans Mono font?
