OCIO TSC Meeting Notes

- Only have one participant, deadline is tomorrow, unlikely to have any candidates for ASWF this year.
- 2.1.x and 2.0.x patch releases
- Hopefully in the next few weeks, will continue discussion on slack to finalize plans
- Milestone for 2.2.0
- Doug shared and initial list of a milestone for 2.2.0
- Also put together a github project - feel like this is a better place to plan and categorize, added t-shirt sizes for issue complexity
