    • Final ideas for focus group - Open
      • Discussion about scalability and desire for future growth to more than 20 learners
      • Potential for adding to the existing application an open-ended question about how applicants identify as a marginalized community member
    • Add to your calendar (rough SLP program timeline) 
      • Last year was 6/23-8/23 - 8.5ish weeks
      • This year Sun June 16 - Fri August 9 - 8.5 weeks

      • 1 Volunteer Lead - Sean
        • Recruit 20 mentors (many will be repeats from last year)
        • Manage matching of mentors & learners
        • Be the point person for Mentors and Team Leads
        • Check in with Mentors periodically 
      • 1 Speaker Lead -  []? & Tom
        • Organize and recruit speakers & moderators for the speaker series
        • Be live during the presentations (or get another Lead to host the session)
        • Record the session if permitted and post for SLPs who could not attend
        • (optional) Work with Comms lead to write a short blog post about the presentation to send for approval to post on the website
      • 1-2 Group Engagement Lead - Ninette? & Ferby 
        • Hype master! 
        • Get SLPs excited to contribute on the Slack channel. Examples include a daily Wordle, topics of discussion, weekly updates, etc
        • Organize the live weekly sessions: one week study/working session, next week game/fun session (pictionary, cook together, craft session, whatever!)
      • 1 Outreach/Communications Lead - Barathy
        • Promote the SLP and get the word out there!
        • In months leading up to SLP program, work with Emily to promote and get the word out to potential applicants
        • Help write communications for the program (blog posts, applications, email templates for volunteers, etc)
        • (potential) work with Karen to engage SLP alumni
