Great ASWF Open Source Days presentation and meeting.
Take away: Lot of interest.
Confusion WRT interaction with existing projects, i.e. OpenImageIO.
- We should not double functionality for the sake of it.
Design is intended to be modular, e.g. swapping/using different raw processing engine, e.g. Rawspeed, Libraw, ARRI SDK, etc...
New code will go into a main branch, old code will stay as master and ultimately moved to a legacy-like branch.
Need to create the repo for spectral data.
