Team Lead Starter Pack

Help Learners set goals for the program and choose which online courses to complete
Provide a sense of camaraderie in the small groups
Provide a space to share accomplishments and share and receive motivation

30 min virtual check-ins with your team every other week (roughly, adjust as needed for your schedules)
Check in weekly with your team over slack (individually or in small group chats)
Make sure your Learners are set up with any needed software, course, and are connected with their mentor before the program start date (1 June 2023)
Report any concerns or blocks with a Learner or Learner's Mentor to an organization team member
Help your team choose their courses for the summer & record them in their Course Outline.
