ACES 2 configs

Separate sync for ACES 2.0 configs will get scheduled this week, will post in the configs channel
Please test if you have a moment

ACES 2 library optimizations

Not a lot of updates
Remi working on CPU performance
Has a new linux, 3x slower on CPU now vs 8x before, not really sure where that’s coming from
OT meeting weds, will have more info after that
